We went with Mike King at LJ Hooker as he had always posted us an advertising card re: appraisal. We found ourselves thinking of selling, but could not be bother with any "hassles". We sold very quickly and very hassle free. We had tenants in the property so it could of been a little more difficult, but thanks to Mike's great work and a ready buyer, we were extremely satisfied. We would gladly use Mike again in the future and highly recommend him to our family, friends and anybody looking for an honest, reliable and hard working agent.
